Kenstar Produces Tools with specific geometries provide excellent machining qualities on materials such as steel, aluminum, cast iron and non-ferrous materials. Tools developed and produced by Kenstar are mainly used by automotive industries, heavy engineering industries, aircraft industries, die & mould shops, CNC shops etc..

Raw Material :-

Kenstar uses only micro grain and sub micro grain carbide from leading European suppliers guarantying higher rigidity with higher hardness because of the homogenous nature of the carbide. Constant market research enables Kenstar to follow all developments in carbide technology and incorporate material improvement in their products.

Production :-

Kenstar has a 6-Axis CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machine. All Tools are Produced on this state of art CNC Multi Axis grinding machine ensuring maximum precision and accuracy. Kenstar have all grinding facilities to manufacturing of new solid carbide tooling in their own work shop.

Coating :-

Kenstar offers wide variety of coating as like Tin, Tiain, Aicrn etc. combined with specially adapted geometries for the materials to give more tool life and higher cutting parameters.

Quality :-

Kenstar is mainly manufacturing standard as well as special form tools. All tools are inspected with strict quality norms right from raw material stage to final product. All tools are inspected on sophisticated inspection system.
